Tam Keltner passed away July 18, 2011. For many years Tam was the Trustee for PNWGRA. He was fondly know as “Trailerpark Trixie” and was also the Man of the Month in June 2009 for the Men of Charlie’s Phoenix. Our condolences go out to Tam’s family and friends.
